Fatal Error

I'm trying to edit the image on one of my T Shirts to add it as a PNG and I keep getting this message
Fatal error: Class 'ProductFactory' not found in /var/www/vhosts/fineartamerica.com/httpdocs/controlpanel/updateartworkfunctions.php on line 90
Any ideas what is going wrong.It's not happened before
