? About Collections

Maybe I'm just blind but I have no idea where to find any info about what qualifies an artist to get listed under collections and or how to do it. Any help would be appreciated!!!

the staff picks it. its mostly about how well they can print, how much they like it, and how good you are at using voodoo dolls.
