Greeting Card Price Won't Show Up

I am having a problem getting my greeting cards to come up and show that they are available in a 10 pack. They show as having a price in the back of the house, but not on the sale page. I have redone the page several times. It does not seem to come up. Any ideas?

Remember that default settings are only for future uploads

Bulk edit is for existing
