there was once a time when this site had a few thousand people on it. and the chances of your word popping up was higher. but the site has so many people on it that your chances of being seen - even there - are much lower. its better than nothing. but it is harder now. i'm not going to bother putting them on pixels right now. pixels doesn't come up in a search and most are faa hits (in my stats). even then, there is a lot of people who want the words.
if you choose a popular word - Landscape for example - there will be 90,000 others with that word.
if you choose a phrase - Wooded Landscape - which should probably be less popular, will probably also be less likely to be typed by someone.
if you chose a word that would probably never be used Landscapemania you may be the only one that has it, so you would be on the first page anyway.
i started with them when i first joined, had to do the plurals in those days, not sure if you still do now. and i just got tired of doing them.
