Block Ip Address?

It is most likely a bot. You want them. They are what get you noticeable on the net.

FAA's servers are at Amazon Tech. They are constantly updating the site. They, of all the bots, are the one you want most! :)

its a bot, you don't want to block them. if you think they are stealing - your on the net, it will happen. and if they have seen your image once, they don't need to keep coming back.

bots are needed for search engines. ignore those stats, you can't do anything with them.

Why would you want to block any IP address that visits your photos, bot or not?

If you blocked them, no one would see your work.
