Makes me think of two things.
Our daughter had one when she was in junior high. One night, unbeknownst to me, she decided to take it to church fellowship. I picked her up afterwards and stopped by the grocery store for milk or something. I gave her the money and sent her in. I was beginning to worry because it had taken her so long. Then she came out and told me the gerbil had gotten out of her pocket in the produce department and she couldn't find it. We had to enlist the help of the store employees - a couple to help us look and the rest to keep other customers away. I don't know how, but we found it!
And just the other day I was taking a walk around the block with our four-year-old grand-daughter. She had a stuffed bunny in a little toy carriage that she was pushing. Periodically she would stop to make sure it was covered or to ask it whether it was okay (there were some pretty bad bumps). Then she decided it was hungry and picked up a dried leaf. She held it up to the bunny's lips for at least 15 seconds so it could eat. The funny thing was that she was completely silent - not talking to the bunny while he was eating - but when I looked down at her, her lips and tongue were going just like the little rodent's in Mike's video. Soooo funny.
