Image Dimensions

I had a customer contact me interested in a 12x7.38 print It shows an over all image of 14.00 x 9.38. Is there a 2 inch border? Or what does that mean? Sorry if this has been answered already but I couldn't find anything in the search. Thanks.

Mark - yes, paper prints without a mat/frame include a 1" border on all sides. This link explains the "overall size": http://fineartamerica.com/faqlinks.html?id=105
