Help With Client Purchase

I have a client who wishes to purchase two throw pillows with one of my images on them. According to her, she attempted to buy them but was told "said I needed a password but would not email me one ??? said I had already signed up ??????"

Anyone have an idea of what the issue may be? Does clients need to set up an account? Should not the system offer to send a password reset to an previously inputted email address if the client can not remember the password?

Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

She needs to contact customer support herself as we cannot discuss her account with a third party

Thnaks Abbie. I sent this client a link to the 'Contact Us' form. Hopefully she'll get the help she needs.

What is the process for someone to buy items from FAA? Do they need to set up a customer account similar to what we artists do?

They normally end up with a collector account but, to be honest, I'm woefully lacking in how sales work
