Help With Client Purchase
I have a client who wishes to purchase two throw pillows with one of my images on them. According to her, she attempted to buy them but was told "said I needed a password but would not email me one ??? said I had already signed up ??????"
Anyone have an idea of what the issue may be? Does clients need to set up an account? Should not the system offer to send a password reset to an previously inputted email address if the client can not remember the password?
