Not Receiving Notification Of Sales

I have had a couple of sales recently, but never received an e-mail notification. Has FAA stopped sending e-mail notifications?

I just received one the other day, but that doesn't necessarily mean you did not. Have you double checked your spam folder just in case?

if you have comcast or aol - they simply destroy it before you can see it. however i have been missing some of mine as of late.

I haven't received any in months for my last 7 or 8 sales, so don't feel alone. Also don't rec. notifications of posting in threads. Have asked it to be looked into, but nadda so I've given up on it being straightened out...

We cannot stop companies blocking the emails. Once they leave here they are beyond our control.

Contact your provider to see why they've blocked us

Abbie my emails come through Bluehost and used to work just fine. Then they stopped. Well out of the blue I did get a thread notification yesterday, tho that was the first in months. I use Spam Experts and check it weekly. FAA is not blacklisted.... I did send an email asking to change my email addy's in the hopes that would fix things, but you haven't replied as of yet. :)

as of late many companies are putting in spam blockers for some reason. even the place i pay for shoved it in and set it to high even though i never asked for it. when i saw that every other piece of mail came in as SPAM on it, i found they were the source. its off and i get it all now. you would have to find it from the source. AOL will remove everything - all mail from here, or a good chunk, pictures that you send and so on. comcast will remove it and play totally dumb if you ask about it. if you can ask, they have no tech support online.

if you want to change your email, you can do that yourself in the contact area.

Mike I have changed it in the contact area, but still get a few emails on the old addy's with FAA announcements; i.e. Your Website, our shopping cart. I rec'd that one on the old addy, not the new one. My weekly activity, if I get it, comes in on the new addy. That's why I think there's a glitch on FAA's end; old addy's fighting new addy's. It's not on my web hosting end cuz I receive all other emails associated with my multiple email accounts (well over 20) just fine; but not with FAA :(

Thanks for the information to those that have replied. I checked my SPAM folder, but did not see any FAA e-mails. I guess I will just make it a point to check the sales myself in the future. Good to know I'm not the only one. :-)
