Featured Artists From Your Town On Ffa Homepage

I just logged into FFA, not through my profile, and as I scrolled down the page, past the tour, several artists from my listed hometown of Tulsa showed up as featured artists. One had *one* picture. Several had only one page. How are they chosen? Do these people really have lots of sales? So, yes, my question is "Why them and not me?" I have a few sales. I have many, many more images.

I mean, it's cool to see other Tulsa artists on FFA, but where am I? Is it random or what?
