The Brooklyn Side Of The Brooklyn Bridge Nyc

Looking for a photography friend who wants to go there with me to take pics! I have never been to that POV. Anyone wanting to go who has never been or someone who would like to go again? Obviously I am looking for someone who lives in the Westchester, NY or Fairfield County,CT areas. Meet at Grand Central Terminal and take subways there? I don't want to do the subways alone. Would love to explore take photos at dusk perhaps with the background being the Manhattan side of the shots. Weekends only for me!

Please let me know! Thanks!

Ahhh I was just there last week. Whenever I visit family in Southern Ct. we head into the City. I wish I would have known. I went to that exact spot you want to go to. Next time I'm in the area, I'll let you know! :)

I just noticed you live in Port Chester. We would always drive to the train station in either Port Chester or Rye to hop Metro North to Grand Central. :)

I used to have a 4000 sq ft artists loft over the Williamsburg bridge. Big, yes, I used to roller skate in the space. It was just me and another artist friend. Back in those days it was not a wonderful neighborhood. I understand it has become quite upscale now. Hard to imagine. In my day there we often would wake up to see a burnt car in the empty lot across the street from our 8 floor walk up. The elevator worked only on occasion. The view to the Brooklyn Bridge and Williamsburg too at night was awesome. I'm way too far away now to go. Oh well.
