Us Copyright Office Low Rez Images

I have plans to call the copyright office about registering low resolution images.

I am wondering if anyone else here registers low resolution images?

Or do we always need the full resolution? Low rez I could be up to date all done in a matter of one shot.

Anyone with experience in this please let us know. Tomorrow I will let you all know what the office says after I call them.

Linda,

I have been sending the largest files I have, some 20 MB files or more.

A 1000 px file is how many kb or MB? Roughly?

Have you seen anything on the USCO site about this? Or called the office? Just curious.

I do not know what the law states, your ideas on that?

And in PS I use 1000 px or 800 px for my low rez images, is that what you are referring to the longest length in a low rez image
as 1000 or less? Just want to clarify this. I had a totally different concept in mind.

Also have you or anyone else here using companies like Imagerights.com heard from them what they would want?

David my longest length is 1000px. I have an attorney who advises me so have never contacted the USCO myself but have never had any problems registering my images or collections of images.
