Another Good News Story

This is a first... just got published in the local county magazine!

A journalist contacted the Gallery where I display and sell some of my pictures to say she wanted to do an article about local artists. There are a lot of good artists that display their paintings there so when she rang to interview me I thought I would just have a small mention.

When I picked up a copy of the magazine, Hertfordshire Life, today I was thrilled to see I got the main feature, including two of my local photographs, one of Bishop's Stortford town and the other of the River in Sawbridgeworth, together with text covering almost two pages.

It did take me a while to get into the local Gallery as it used to be owned by someone whose husband was a photographer so I only got one or two pictures in there occasionally, the rest of the space went to painters.

Now I am very lucky and have about six on display, some framed and a couple of metal prints together with a good selection just matted in the browser.

It's a very small town so I don't sell a lot but it's great to have an outlet to display some of my pictures.
