Where Is The Newsletter Button?

I can not find NEWSLETTER listed in my Behind the Scenes. I want to UNCHECK the box as it is raising havoc with my ISP. Can not find where to go on this site so I can uncheck the newletter box

i don't think there is a way to uncheck it. there should be an unsubscribe at the bottom of it though.
