Who/what Is In Wilmington Delaware?

I have gotten about 15 visits to each of my works from Wilmington, Delaware during this month. Is this unusual? Does anyone else get traffic like this? This doesn't seem like how bots act. But I can't understand why a human would scroll through my entire collection so many times. Any ideas?
