Not Recieving Notifications Or Weekly Newsletter, Can Anybody Tell Me Where To Go On The Site To Fix This?

Lately I have not been receiving notifications or my weekly newsletter, I have checked the box for the newsletter, I forgot where to go to check a box for notifications for sales, can anybody tell me?

Others have mentioned missing the emails for sales as well, sold two pieces this week and got the emails, my last two sales before that I didn't get an email.....

These are sent out automatically. They leave here as normal.

Some email companies block us after we have sent out newsletters because, instead of unsubscribing, people say we are spam, so it may have been blocked before it even got to you. We strongly suggest changing to an email like gmail as we have very few problems with them.

It does not affect all our emails as different ones go from diferent servers, so you may get some but not these.

When this has happened to me, I found the inbox was full on my domain's email which forwards them on to me at the generic Hotmail address where I actually catch them all to read. But then again I am a bit blonde about these things. Might seem obvious and not be an issue for you, but I like to think it happens to somebody else out there now and then.

Do we really have a weekly newsletter? I get all my sales notices and forum emails without any problem, but I get no newsletters. So my question is why would I get everything else and not newsletters all at my same email server? Do the newsletters come from a different server or in a different way that would cause them to not get through? If we don't really get a weekly newsletter...nebermind! :-)

Thank you all so much for a response. I appreciate them all. I did not receive any email notification for the responses either although I checked the box so I am sure I am getting NO emails form FAA at this time.

This means a loss of business for me and I will not open an online email account as I have done this in the past and it was hacked into. GMAIL, was hacked into by 3 computers from south Africa. Since then I go through my server and then my Microsoft for better security. The thing is I WAS getting notifications until this September, and now I am not.

I hope that Fine Art America could call Charter and tell them not to block me if it is my server which is responsible.

Carolyn, I don't know the answer to your question. I do know you can check the box YES for Newsletter under your menus in "Behind the Scenes" also you can pose this question on a discussion board and maybe the moderator will answer the question for you.

Thank you, Nancy. Yes, I do have that checked. I just noticed Abbie was on here and was hoping there was a yes or not answer to whether weekly newsletters were being sent out. If it's just sporadic and not weekly, then more than likely I'm not missing anything. Have followed up with this with management in the past and was going to do it again if I've fallen out of the look again. Best of luck to you in getting your email situation straightened out. I now that has to be very frustrating.
