I was having problems all day, but it looks like it's fixed now. At one point, I received this message:

"Artist Website is currently undergoing routine maintenance. Please check back in a few minutes."

I've tried 7 times to "edit" an image, no dice! Sometimes get to submit and then it freezes. or it freezes at 93%,

last tried before 1:00 pm, today,

Thanks for your imput guys, still havin a problem with it have checked the format ie jpeg etc, cant think what else to do

Not sure what problems you are having as I just uploaded this with no issues.

I received that error message dozens of today while trying to upload an edited photo of one of my paintings.

Even though my image was well within the suggested perimeters, I reduced the DPI & pixels with no success.

At last I managed to upload my guppy portrait, I changed to a different server and all of a sudden, no problems

I'm glad this subject just got reopened. I was trying to upload a picture yesterday, but for some reason it uploaded the file, but also the wrong (older) version of the photo. I finally gave up-half the product images were with the photo I wanted, and the other half were of an older (very different) image. Very strange- and I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Also wanted to apologize to anyone on my activity feed who saw the image appear/reappear/disappear 20 times before I finally just grabbed a beer and called it quits. Can we say that on here?

This happens when you upload or edit with more than one window/tab open at the same time, or if you are naming them exactly the same name.

You need to reload one of the images (or both if need be) with one window/tab open only, or with different names

Thank you, Isabella! That's exactly what I was doing, naming them exactly the same thing. I will try again, this time with a different name.

Hi - I joined yesterday & loaded one image with no problems. Since then, after I click on Artwork - Upload Image, a message Please wait with a scrolling time bar stays there for ages (I've left it for over an hour). I also tried to Upload Multiple images & browse, add the image links, although nothing happens when I click the Upload button.

All images have been .png format

Not sure what to do!

if your file is too large, sometime it won't tell you and it will simply stall. make sure the image is below 25megs.
