The original was a capture of the 2015 Ice Storm. Not sure I see violence in it though.

its spiky and pointy, like knives and daggers.

there is an acid trip thing going on with that. i'd move it on that angle. i think you'll get more action calling it acid trip or stabbing pain.

Hi, Jeffery -- long time, no see!

Don't forget 'psychedelic' and 'chaos', and all the colors, or course. I don't see the pointy, violent elements, at all.

I'm thinking it would just look 'soft' on velvet. I've found that fine lines don't reproduce well on any soft-ish surface; they lose definition. I'd even steer clear of the Somerset Velvet paper.

I am thinking on metal and also metallic papers would work well with the colors.

Maybe I took too many psychology classes in college, but my first thought was "neurons." The colors looks like neurons that have been dyed to follow where particular ones go. And yes, this would be amazing as a metal print.
