Trying To Understand Faa. Comment And Question

I just did a search for "Spider Head." That's the name of an image I posted a couple of days ago.

Comment: Some ugly picture live on this site. Ick!

Question: How long after we post do our pictures go into search? Only eight pages of Spider Head were returned and mine was nowhere at all. Is it time based, or is there another explanation?
