Getting A Picture Back - Computer Crashed

My computer crashed and I'm looking to get one of the pictures I posted back. Is there a way to do that and have it be the same quality it was when I posted it?

Go to �contact us� technical support. I lost one of my original files but they were able to send back the jpeg file I uploaded.
