Sure. Is this not the nurture vs nature question? Some believe we are born with our talent. I believe talent is common as dirt and just a beginning point. Gladwell speaks of knowledge and experience/practice in terms of 10,000 hours focused effort before one can become a master. Years past art instructors put it in the context of acres of canvass painted before reaching mastery.
Some become complacent and reach a level of expertise but never grow more. I hope to never stop growing and advancing my experience and knowledge. If one sells enough that success can become a stumbling block to growth unfortunately. It may be the most difficult one to break away from.
