Its Lovely To Know My Younger Sister Showing Support!!

Hi good news ive got some art pics on display in the salon, im so happy.
Manageress has asked me to do a pencil portrait of her and her husband, im so honoured and happy.

Oh l nearly forgot to say, l gave my sister a bunch of flowers today too show my appreciation.

That's great, Teresa -- I'm very pleased for you! Having family/friend support would be awesome, but is not part of my experience.

I had good results from showing/selling my work in a hair salon/day spa. Those clients are a captive audience, and often have plenty of disposable income. Beyond sales, many other opportunities came my way from showing in that venue. Also, I found that just showing up was a great way to generate interest and sales, so be sure to stop by the salon occasionally -- with your business cards, of course! :-)
