Pleased With Print Quality Of My Painting

I am still new here and learning my way around. Anyways, I've uploaded some of my digital paintings and decided to get a print of one so I know the quality and the buyer end of the deal. I am very pleased with the outcome. I ordered a print of one of my cat portraits. I got the cheapest paper and a medium size, I believe 11 by 14 so not too small or big. Well the print came very secure rolled in a poster tube and came in 5 days after ordering which is the fastest print I've had done. The color reproduction is spot on and very vibrant, even on the cheapest paper so I can only imagine what the more expensive papers would look like. Also there were no flaws or pixelization at all. I worried about that as this is a digital painting but I try to work in higher resolutions. Every hair looked like a brushstroke of paint rather than pixels. I am very pleased and can feel confident in putting my stuff up for sale here. Now I want to print all my paintings for my self lol. Maybe I'll do the greeting cards so I have samples to show people.

That's good news! I get asked about how long it takes sometimes and 5 days is about what i thought. I wonder about prints. Glad to hear you like the colors also.

Happy you are pleased, I have ordered a bunch of my own stuff from here for display and other then one small problem with an acrylic print that was quickly resolved I have been extremely pleased with every product I have received

I hope you don't mind me saying so, but I see some of your signatures are on the very bottom of your images. If they are framed part of the signature will be cut off. It also may discourage buyers.

Art Prints

@Becky -- It's great to hear that you're pleased with the print quality. However, beware of ordering cards to show as print samples. Cards are not printed by the same supplier as prints (at least they weren't last I heard), which means they're not representative of what prints might actually look like.

The one card I ever ordered looked very different from the same image in print form. Just fyi.

Best of luck to you!

Thanks all! And I will keep in mind the note cards are printed differently. Maybe I will order the smallest size print of different paintings on different papers as I go so I know what they all look like. I've been wanting to print out the portrait of Katie for a while so that's why I chose that one. Oh and good point on the signature position Jessica. The print though actually has a 1 inch border all around so even with mat and frame, the entire painting should still be visible including signature. Thanks again, guys!
