Can Anyone Help Please

I have uploaded an image as a jpeg and all is ok.
I'm trying to upload the same image as a PNG for t shirts and it will not fully load.
It reaches 100% and has the message finishing upload but it never does.
The PNG is below 10 MB and I have tried over 10 times

maybe its how you saved it? was it interlaced? or did it have some other thing on it? it could also be a fluke for today.

I have made the PNG twice to make sure but still no luck.it isn't interlaced and I tried yesterday and today.
The jpeg uploaded fine but the same png for the t shirt uploads to 100% but then just wont finish loading

Does it have the same title, Roy? If so, that could be the problem. Even if the file has a different extension, the title of the work has to be unique.

Joy,The title is different but I have uploaded some with the same title as it is a png file used for editing T shirts that have the same jpeg image

Abbie.Did you find a solution.This is the 3rd day now I have been trying.I have re saved it dozens of times,made it smaller and larger and changed names.Still no luck

Did you try changing the name slightly? I'm uploading now
