Thanks everyone! Yes...It is really cool! I was on Criminal Minds awhile back and had a big party with all of my friends over. Didn't care for the show, but my art was featured majorly for the first 2 minutes or so....Episode "Fate"......They licensed 6 of my Black Magics and they were all over those 2 minutes.....It was down hill from there...LOL But I will watch to see this one on Modern Family too!

Thanks everyone! I've found out a few of my Facebook friends are avid fans....They will be on the lookout and alert me. :) I rarely watch T.V. at all....I can't sit that long! LOL But when I know where it will be, I will have to watch to see it live.

Sharon, that is valuable information for you to have. Was it a verbal or email? In the event it is not destroyed and should come into limelight or illegally used you have some sort of legal agreement from them. Thanks for letting us know they informed you it would be destroyed. Congrats once again. The movie and TV industry are very careful not to use any type of prop without authorization they certainly do not want to be involved with any type of legal issue when it involves original art or photographs.

Also Sharon, I promote and network on the TV sets and Film Productions since my involvement back in 2013 my feature on The America Horror Story and the various productions I have been featured in since October 2014. It is very possible some of the many directors and casting directors who review my actors bio may be forwarding to set designers and site scouts and they are checking in here at Fine Art America for potential background pieces of art and photography I so promote myself and everyone's work here at Fine Art America. Sean's involvement and agreements with the TV and Film industry for production props of Art and Photography enables us to showcase our wonderful images if selected

I get everything in writing Michael. :) When people want to talk on the phone, I tell that is fine if they just want to chat with me a bit to see what i am like, but that all negotiations go through email FIRST. Then I am happy to talk. And if something new comes up, as soon as the phone convo is over, I email them to confirm. Emails are legally binding in the US!

Sharon, a contract is the one and only way to go about business these days? Any particulars are always included, and keep us posted of any future TV, motion picture interests. The market is there but more of a specialty request. Otherwise all their room décor props would generate from Fine Art America alone but they do not. Fine Art America is an alternative means for the industry to do business and that is always a good thing for us.

Yes Michael...Contracts are always signed. But sometimes things are said outside of a contract and I like that in writing. Often I use my emails to type up the contracts! That way nothing is missed like trying to remember a conversation.

Congratulations Sharon! That show is ending but is already in syndication which means it will be repeated many times on many channels for a long time to come.
