Looking Through What I Have Sold And Noticed This

So I was looking at a Cardinal pic that I sold and noticed the main pic is a different pick then what I sold but all the items and the preview show the actual pic I uploaded and sold. What's going on?
Here's the pic and has this happened to anyone else?

I shoot mainly birds and all my sales/use have been direct to magazines with one book, see list below. None on this site, but I am starting to shoot more landscapes and other subject matter to slowy build up a variety on this site.

Ok did the only thing that I knew to do and uploaded it again to replace the image that shouldn't have been there. Weird though. I hope that hasn't happened to others.
