Leave the prices blank for products you don't want to sell! Set your default prices and leave those items blank also for future uploads.

I don't see your gallery at all! Are you signed up as an artist or a collector?

Edit the image. Remove prices. Submit

Find your name in the upper right and put your mouse over that

Open behind the scenes

Scroll down to general

find default settings and open

remove prices from anything you don't want to sell. (not 0 but blank)

That covers future uploads

then go to bulk edit prices

Open that and select all images

click the box in the upper left of the list

Then click the box that says select all XXX images on all YY pages.

Then remove the prices from the items you don't want to sell.

This will cover stuff already uploaded.

Click on her avatar! Where is her gallery?

Annie - InstaPrints ( IP ) is for your mobile pictures, mostly from Instagram ( IF ) . FAA is for your other pictures, not so much from IG. You can do a direct upload to IP from IG, as you see in the images page the button to upload from IG or from your computer. That is the basic difference.

Thanks JC! If you want a short background story, my niece actually "grew" 5 butterflies from a kit that you buy and that is 1 of the 5 that I caught a photo of while releasing them :) and thank you Frank! I think I'm good to go for right now..

When I go to put my payment/ tax info in on IP it switches to FAA, does it make a difference?

instaprints is a totally different site, even though they look the same. the faa/pixels side is for people with normal cameras and brushes. instaprints are for phones mostly.

I don't know why I'm having so much trouble with it switching from IP to FAA.. I'm trying to put my tax info.. I'll be on the IP control panel and click tax info and it automatically goes to FAA

I wonder if it is because you've been posting on FAA here. I wonder if you log out, then login with your IG information if it will work. You also might want to clear your browser history.

Sorry ... to be more clear ... log in to IP with your IG password and see if it sticks.
