Png Compression Question

I've looked at some of the other threads about this but have not seen an answer to this question. I use gimp to change the file to png from jpg. In order to keep most of my files below the 25 mbs I have to compress the exported file down to number 5 (I'm assuming that's half of the original). When FAA makes the new jpg file for the prints will they still be the full quality or does that compression effect that as well?

I have this same question & wondering if anyone else has this issue. I'm working on a png in Gimp. When I save it at no compression it's 52.5 mb. If I compress it by only 1 its drops way down to 4.16 mb. That seems like a huge jump to me. Makes me concerned about quality.

When you upload the photos you have to do it in jpg.
After the section of the T-shirt Click customize product ---> image, and from there loaded the photo png, only by the shirt.
Actually FAA accepts files up to 30 megs. I happen to load files from 29,90 mega.
You can easily load files from cameras 24 mega Raw; jpg turned into 8 bits.
Also load files from scanning from negative that are even bigger.
