Oh How I Wish.... I Could Post Product Images.

I wish there was a simple way for Mac users to post the item pics... i.e. shirts, shower curtains, totes. Not sure what discussion that I saw the directions for Mac users but if you have those directions please share :)

Thank you Sharon.... found it. Here's the link for others looking.

and I'm copying and pasting Sharon's response that has the mac directions.
......

First you have to click on the Safari Preferences menu, click on Advanced, and at the very bottom tic the box for Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar.

After that go to your shower curtain product page, click on the Develop/Show Page Choice. Scroll down to line 1918 and copy/paste the blue highlighted src info - don't include the ? on the right. This is your image file.

Next copy/paste the URL of the page.

I use Abbie's code maker to get the HTML to paste in to the forum.

I love my Mac, but this is probably the only thing I miss about PC's.

I agree... I like being about to right click. Now I'm trying to get it where the image is smaller. Wish there was a faster way for Mac users.

You can size the images by adding this code before the closing >

width="400" height="400"

Thank you Sharon... I think I finally got it. I was searching for the blue text code to get the image link but figured out you can go to the left side under images and find the rendering and when you click on it a page will open where you can click and copy the address you need to then put in the thing to make an html link.

That sounds easier than looking through the code, which changed to line 2122 because of the additional t-shirts. I had looked in those images before but hadn't figured out to click on it to get the URL. Thanks :)

Jan, for the record, you can right click with a Mac, you just have to use a device that has the buttons.

I use a Logitech Trackball Marble and right click all day. :D

In my opinion, there is nothing "Magical" about Apple's Mouse.

Your other option is to hold down "Control" while clicking on something and it is the same as a right click.

You're welcome Sharon and David I may have to invest in a different mouse one day. I have tried the Control click but I don't get any props to be able to copy the image or get the image address. Is there a way to set a mac up so that when I do control and click that what i need will be there?

Ok so I was able to go to preferences and get it to where I can click the mouse to get the promps and at least that is one less menu to go through. Then I just click page source, go under images, and then find the correct rendering that I want to use and then copy and past to the page to make the link. :)

That's been my problem, also. I can right click it just doesn't give me the same options as someone on a PC.
