Pixels & Faa Emails / Notifications I Get One Not The Other

I have been receiving my emails and all notifications from Pixels in my spam box, yet I get all my FAA emails and notifications just fine. Yet both have the same contact email settings.
Can Pixels be reset so that they don't go into my spam box any longer??

You can move your emails from spam to inbox to train your email program

Thanks Jessica, I'll try that. I was hitting not spam with all of them (they would go to inbox) but "moving" them to my FAA folder might do the trick.
That is where my FAA emails go directly to now.
But honestly they should never have gone to the spam box in the first place.

Many FAA emails go to spam with certain email programs like AOL and Comcast. And some don't even make it through at all!

Yep Jessica, By "moving" your previous reply into the FAA folder, your last reply came directly into the FAA folder. But I noticed the reply came from FAA and not Pixel discussion board where this message originated.

Peter, if you put both domain names in your Contacts list, www.pixels.com and www.fineartamerica.com, will that not solve the problem of emails going to your spam folder?

I never get notices from Pixels, just from FAA. I use an Aol email address for my main account here. Nothing from FAA ever goes to spam. I either get the notices or not. I never got an announcement for my last 12 sales. If I follow a thread, the notices can come in anywhere from a few minutes to a few days after each new post, if ever.
BTW AOL is the number 4 most popular free web email service.
