I Am Sorry To Announce Bradford M Appears To Have Been Eaten By An Owl

I might be jumping to conclusions here but that is certainly what the evidence suggests.

What is/was Bradford a cat small dog or what?

Nikki Marie Smith

Whooooo says?

Nikki Marie Smith

Sorry, JC. So many of your posts are humorous in nature that I jumped to the conclusion you were talking about a fellow artist. If you've lost a pet, my condolences.

JC Findley

Bradford Martin.

One day his picture is in his avatar, the next an owl is there.

Seems to me that indicates he was eaten by a giant owl.

David Bridburg

I suspect foul play.

Dave

JC Findley

No, you were correct Nikki.

My most viscous dog, a cavapoo named Archie, strikes fear into the heart of all other living creatures.

He once fended off an attack from a polar bear riding an orca with a leashed great white attack shark.

viscous dog I tell you.

Abbie Shores

viscous?

having a thick, sticky consistency between solid and liquid; having a high viscosity:

David Bridburg

One of my engineering professors was very deep into viscosity.
He moved slow also.

Dave

oh viscous? Sid

JC Findley

Yes viscous, that consistency makes it very hard for those huge wild beasts to hurt him. Oh, they try but he just kind of liquefies and escapes their teeth, claws and talons and then delivers punishing bites from his massive jaws. They quake in fear of such a finely bred and honed fighting machine.

David Bridburg

Just dont over feed him. Not if you care.

K9 animals need very little food and water.

I may never put myself on a diet, but I would save on the dog food.

lol

And the famous border collie stare that can send a massive bull running in fear? My protective detail has taken it a step further and if you dare stare back into his gaze you will turn to stone. I have proof......

This image was shot right after the dreaded arctic crocosorous-snapping snake dared try and face down his gaze.

As you can plainly see, it was instantly turned to stone. At which time the mighty cavapoo warrior marked it as one of his conquests and moved on.

Glad to hear it, JC. Those roving urban polar bears can be a nuisance sometimes.

JC Findley

If I fed him less then he would not be the fearsome adversary that he is today.

Now you can't tell because of the thick coat but he is nothing but muscle, pure muscle.

Ken Krug

A whale of a tale, but the documentation is there as to Archie's abilities.

David Bridburg

To quote the often affable Mike Savad...."I dont think that will print"......

AND now it appears the owl is active in the forum.....

Will the madness ever end?

I suppose next we will be asked to believe that this "burrowing owl" lives underground.

Sorry, I could never be afraid of an animal whose name ends in "POO".

Don't doubt JC dog is a ferocious bull eating border collie!! I was dog sitting my friends long haired collie (below), tresspassers came into the yard just beyond the trees. Knight saw them and before I knew it he had two men cornered and cowering as he leapt up into the air baring his long canines! I know I would have done what they did and made a fast exit!

Sorry it took me a while to respond, I was distracted by other issues.....

Actually, the magic word is Cavra-Poo-Davra. That stops them. If you say what you typed they get wings and THEN you do have to worry about them flying.

A little history on the Cavapoo.

The breed was actually bred to protect Cave A Vans from polar bears. That was a serious issue at one time BTW. The breeders had lost a LOT of wine that the polar bears were replacing with Coca-Cola and the vineyard owners were NOT happy. They combined the two breeds of dog because they thought combining the pure unadulterated ferocity of the cavalier spaniel and the poodle's natural love of and protective instinct for wine would make the perfect anti-polar bear dog. Well, the proof is in the pudding and when was the last time you heard of someone finding a polar bear in the cane a vin? Most certainly it is not since the introduction of the cavapoo breed.

Here is an image of my Cav patrolling against polar bears.

The way you say "combined the two breeds of dog" sounds like liquids in a blender. Was the original Cavapoo a test tube baby or did the Cavalier get the Poodle drunk on wine?

Andy PYRAH

Liquidised dog add a bit of salt and some crushed ice and have a nice cool Salty Dog to wash down your Hot-dog

Ken Krug

It wasn't a very owltruistic owl.

Andy PYRAH

No, it was an owligarch.

Chuck De La Rosa

It's an alien taking the form of an owl.

Or maybe it's an owl from outer space.

What? You don't think owls could be aliens? Just look at how their heads turn. Besides, dolphins are aliens. Says so in a book I read. Why can't owls be aliens?

Bob Slitzan

Could be... Never met an owl that had a green card. Although I once met an owl that tried to marry a penguin that was a US citizen.

Andy PYRAH

I thought owls were meant to be wise, but they are deceitf-owl.
I saw one here diguised as a falcon. And that must be ill-eagle

Robert Kernodle

I am totally owltraged at the direction this thread has taken.

Such topics should be owltlawed.

Can we discuss an owlternate topic now?

I suppose this topic is better than a topic that could cause verbal owltercations.

Okay, I'll (I mean, "owl") stop now.

Bradford Martin

Hey Y'owl. I am out at sea. Owl be back soon.

Andy PYRAH

Enjoying some Owl-sea-on weather I presume.

I can't tell if she's bloated but maybe a little petulant...

Marlene Burns

ha! She only likes to hear me say "good girl."
She's skittish about everything outside but still needs to dig and chew.....

Ken Krug

I think you're going to have to give up the rugs!

JC Findley

Don't let that cuteness hide the ferocity that lies within ALL cavs.

Bizarre.

Bob Slitzan

Haven't you ever heard about birds regurgitating food to feed their young?

JC Findley

Well yeah, but do alien birds do such things AND how did he survive the spawn?

Inquiring minds NEED to know.....

Bob Slitzan

The graphics in my mind are owl-out disgusting.

Andy PYRAH

I believe alien owls do it. If I remember correctly it's called owlimentation.

Jason Christopher

(lol)

Just an idea, to use jokes and puns in this thread to compile a humorous coffee table owl book, with artwork, of course. Could be fun. I have just checked Amazon and there isn't one available. Don't know if it makes sense to any owl of you :)

Glad to see Bradford pulled a Jonah and appears alive and well. I do know owl tend to swallow things whole and then cough up a pellet of undigestables.
