Currency Settings.

I am trying to learn FAE site but I'm a complete dummy on the techie side = please can anyone help/advise....
I keep setting the currency to GBP but FAE box (which cannot be changed) remains at USD...My work shows GBP when I am posting it but then reverts to USD when I am not online.
I have reported this to FAE Tech Dept & they say I am must stop setting my prices at USD...I am not !!!!
Is there a default that I have to click to make GBP stick? If so I can't find it !!!!

Thanking you in anticipation....

SJV .. at the bottom bar of your Profile Page you'll see "Location Settings" and it shows your Location, "Currency" and "Units" .. you can adjust the currency there.

For FAA / Abbie .. i think we should put this "Location Settings" under "Behind the Scenes" folder.

Thank you very much for replying......
I go to Locations Settings to alter it every time I Log On because it changes to Euros while I am off...
So = I have 3 currencies ...... GBP while I am setting, but the FAE box stays at USD because it can't be altered and then Euros when I am offline.....(I have a French address.....but surely, wherever I love I should be able to set the currency of my choosing?)

It also depends on the viewer actual locations .. i'm located in United States and I see your currency is in USD.

You set your prices in USD
People see their own currency when they come to your page

When I entered the discussion forum there was no indication that it was FAA only.
I did not realise - I thought, as I was logged onto FAE that is what I was using....
I'm sorry if I have inadvertently sent a reply to the wrong place...
It strikes me that, unless you are a seasoned user there are many pitfalls to the site(s)....not many things are clearly marked/organised & having spent HOURS posting my work it seems that the currencies are a law unto themselves & you don't seem to believe what I say about the problems I am having.... You have set it at dollars (the box with $ symbol which I cannot alter on my PP) & so what can I do...
