How Does One Report Tag Spam Here

I'm viewing a subject search on the site and came across someone who has manipulated their images with tag spam.

What's the best way to let someone know to check them out?

Will an email reach JC or Abbie? Or should I post something here without naming names?

I ask this because using tech support email sometimes is unresponsive.

i wouldn't post it here because it would be a name and shame... we will find it. just let either know and something should happen. i would email them direct though, the tech support is a lost cause sometimes.
