Can't Get Tote Bags To Appear On My Page!

HELP! I have gotten no help from Pixels at all on this! I have put prices on my "behind the scenes" page for the tote bags, cell phone cases, etc. These items are not showing up on my site. What else do I have to do to make them available on my site? I sure hope someone can help me out! Joye Moon

Make sure that you clicked the blue "Submit" button at the very bottom (bottom right I think) or the page where you entered the prices. I've forgotten to do that before !

OK, dumb question, are you logged in on Pixels or FAA?

Disregard that one, I checked myself. Next question, did you use the bulk price edit or the default prices?

Default applies to future uploads. The bulk price edit changes what you already have up.

Got it!!! This solved the problem in seconds! I already placed my oder as well. Now, why couldn't Fine Art America explain this to me so simply? FYI! They did nothing to help! But, I thank you both for your great help!!!

Technically, they did as I am one of the people at FAA that does that. I just do it in the forum.

Tech support gets backed up at times with the number of email requests.
