Info On Artist Sukbum H?

Hi. I am seeking information on the artist who signs his/her work "Sukbum H". My husband and I inherited from my mothers estate a very large original signed oil painting of a ship and stormy sea scene. I have viewed other paintings by this artist on auctions, but I really would like to know more about this individual. Any info is greatly appreciated.
