How To Collect Images From "all My Galleries " To Form A New Galery

There must be a better way ; I have a client that has purchased many of my images for books and covers and I'm trying to pull images from all my galleries to just one password protected gallery for her to view just images of churches , but I can't seam to get the search button to locate them for me I have even tried looking for an exact title ,but it doesn't work with that either . I hate to have to go thru all my images one by one and relocate each pic to my new gallery . Any suggestion on a better way.
Thanks randall

do a title search. otherwise have the words in the keywords. but of course if you can't find it, the buyers will have issues as well.

thanks Mike for the quick response -- Well I have done all that Mike , it just doesn't want to locate the images. My buyer shouldn't have a problem she will have the "new gallery" to view and will be easy to locate all the images I place there. the search engine just doesn't work very hard ,I'm thinking......

the search only looks at keywords. if you do a title search, if that word is in your title it should find them. just make sure your using the search that's on your page, not the main one.

The search engine works as well as it can with keywords and how the person doing the searching is putting the words in. If you're doing a church gallery, you should have your images all tagged correctly and they should come up.

Seems to me - you could search YOUR images using keyword search - supposing each of the ones you want to add have the word "church" in it. Or by title - if the word church is in it.

It will be a slow process then to "edit" each image and add it to your new "Church Gallery" - I'm not really sure why you would password protect it though.

seems by title gave me the same results and link in that bar. i do wonder if there is a bug there.

now i think it gave me like 24 finds. if that's all you have, your done. if you have more, then you have some homework to do. because next time a customer might need another word and doing this each time, while the customer waves the carrot, isn't a good use of time.

I guess the only real reason is to protect my clients selections and comments me make on the images as we go thru them , It's not vital that they be protected, thanks

Are you searching by title in your portfolio?

... um ... create the gallery ... then do the "edit this gallery" thing ... and run down the images and click the box and just add them?

Yes that's what I'll do thanks
