I Thought Today...

I thought today what if i dont upload my art to sell as a pillow or home inventory ?
Am i artist who want to create art and share people with optimal chance to own it at home ? i think the best way to do that is to set only one size and prized it :)

Not sure less options would be the way to go. I pick and choose which of my photographs I put on pillows tote bags, etc. Not every image fits.

It's your choice! But you won't ever get rich with this attitude! You've gotta sell pillow cases, napkins, toilet paper, or God knows what else, with your artwork on it!

Joseph and Ana the point is not to get rich
Im not choose options, my art does :) i think
who woud put his head on cute fat Buddha Baby pillow ? :D

ps: the more limited resources defines demand and price increases

In a world where most people do NOT have this philosophy, you merely separate yourself from the masses as a ridiculously priced novelty, and everybody buys cheap from Walmart instead of from you at your limited-resource-defined-demand price. But that's okay, if this is what you want art to be for you. That's pretty much what it is for me, even when I DO put most of my stuff on pillows and bags and phone cases and, who knows, maybe Buddha dolls someday. (^_^)

saba you can choose what you want to put in.

the only time you can demand higher amounts is if your the only one with that item, or your very famous. if your pillow is too high for example - many will move on. and its also a POD, not really a gallery.

Robert Kernodle - Yes you truly anderstood what i said, but Buddha Baby doll have limited sensce he will never lost in space so people who have little imagination never undarstand what it is:)

Honestly, if I don't think something would print well I limit the size. My recent whale picture printed well as a 8x10 and I believe it could go up one more size. But I'll probably take the option for larger off. I'm not expecting to sale, but if I do I rather it come out right vs someone have to return it. Most my stuff looks better as cards, cases snd pillows anyways lol

Part-time artist, ... part-time trinket designer, ... nothing wrong with that. It's called "diversification".
