Regarding The Problem Of Changing Image.

I uploaded a new image and noticed it slightly under exposed,and so, I was going to change this image and uploaded a new. But I saw, that the new image appeared on duvet cover, mobile case, greeting cards and on other items, but it is not showing on prints. Will you kindly tell me why this problem and how can I solve it ? The name of that image is "Evening Cloud" located on Photographic art gallery. Looking forward for your kind suggestion. Thank you.

You just have to refresh the page.

What Jessica said. Often after making changes, you might need to refresh your browser page. It looks fine on this side.

I also find that if you change the title, that can cause some problems that may never get corrected. I have one or two images that I have been fighting that for over a year.

If you want to change titles, delete the old upload and do an all new upload. Do not use the edit function. That has been my experience.

And heaven forbid you should accidentally do two uploads with the same title. That took for ever to get corrected. Again, you have to delete both uploads and start all over again with a total different title.

Thanks Jessica & Carlen, for the kind suggestions. It was out of my knowledge that I have to refresh the page, it's very common technique :) I didn't change the title, only I changed the image, but I'll remember this point you have shared Floyd. Thank you.
