Blank Boxes And X's

The server was changed and the thumbs fixed. I'm not sure why some are not showing so have asked them to take another look

Is this just happening in groups/contests? I havent seen it on my profile. As long as it's not there, I don't think customers see it much. I'm not sure a customer will visit a contest and think "Hey! I'm gonna buy that!"

I am still missing thumbnail images also. Wasn't sure how to fix the problem on my end.

It was on some images but that's definitely fixed. It's this contest one that is really weird

I wondered about that too. Isn't happening to me but I have seen it in the contests.

I'm still seeing blank thumbnails ... lots. Of my own, it's seemingly mostly older images.

Also one of my galleries just up and left Dodge. I've just replaced the gallery (it was Architecture).

Also, making an adjustment to the description area of an image resulted in the main-page-display of the image being shrunk. Couldn't get it to get back to the larger size no matter what I tried. Have since re uploaded the original (thank heavens I found it!!). Having done that, the thumbnail of that image is now visible in the contest results page (Wild Roses) ... it had been blank.

Should I send in a "ticket" ... is that the "contact us" thingie down there? I'm just concerned that other people might be experiencing what I'm seeing and that it could be a larger issue of some kind inside the guts of FAA.

The failed server has been restored and should be back online by this Friday. At that point, all of the missing thumbnails should be back.

Ok, Thanks Abbie ... from what i was reading, I thought that since it was restored, all the problems should be resolved ... good to know that you guys are on top of all of it. ; ))
