Small Circles On Image When Uploading?

I'm having an odd issue today that I've never encountered. When uploading a new image, after uploading, there are rows of circles showing up across the entire picture. They are small circles, and definitely not a part of the original image. The original image size is 5867 X 3916, 26.0 mb, 240 dpi. Is this an error with FAA, or a problem with my image specs?

Thanks in advance.

Will have to show the original file, and the file uploaded to FAA to make an educated guess. At least a link to the file on FAA would be helpful.

I've uploaded it again for you to see what it's doing, but I'm going to take it down soon since it's so poor quality. Thanks.

The file doesn't show it. Weird

It could possibly be a problem with the way the display version was generated. Maybe try a completely new upload (new title etc) instead of editing and replacing the image? That should force the system to create a new display version from scratch. Just a suggestion!

Very weird. I'd reload.

i didn't see anything. maybe its a moire pattern caused just by your screen? it may be related to that. do you have a screen grab? my close up box isn't working again.

I can see it when viewing it on my phone as well. This is the third time I've uploaded it from scratch. Does anyone else see it?

I see it in the dark areas of the image. You know it looks like an image where the top layer in photoshop is not at 100% opacity and the background is the pattern that photoshop uses as the background?? Really strange!

I've tried 100% preview and get nothing. I can't help also noticing that FAA is showing this as the 600px preview instead of the normal 900px one. Or at least that's what I'm getting. Maybe it's having issues generating the previews for this image?

No advice on this one sadly...

Oh well, I'll take it down. Very weird- never had this problem before. Thanks for the ideas at least!
