Rights Managed Pricing Defaults Not Showing On Bulk Uploads

Yes, same problem here. No problem with other default settings...showing blanks on right-managed licensing options during multiple image uploads, even though the licensing prices are indeed entered with my default settings.

Jessica, I just logged into pixel licensing and the prices are not there either. I upload and edit from FAA only.

Abbie, the Red Rose is an older upload. They ones I bulk uploaded recently do not show the pricing for my Rights Managed.

Yep...I'm uploading more images right now and the 17 rights-managed pricing fields are still not auto-populating with my default settings.

I've been having the same problem Jennie and Shawn describe. When I upload new images, all the print and merchandise fields populate with the correct default settings, but the rights managed fields are all blank.

I've checked several times, and my default settings do include prices for the rights managed fields. I have left the royalty free fields blank - could it be that somehow if those are blank, it ignores the rights managed items?

Cristolin I don't know about that, but my defaults are still not working.

I had the same problem and then looked at the default page and discovered that there is now an option to choose prices competitive with Getty Images. Perhaps that change is why.

My question is: Is this $20 per unit at the $100 competitive price with the minimum of 10,000 units? That seems wrong.

.0020 x 10,000 units= $20.00

I don't think I understand this fully. Need help, please.

Last response to look at problem was 17 days ago? Is anyone else noticing this problem?
