PS,

They are ok, just. Nothing special and mostly too dark. If you can, run them through something like Photoshop and bring up the shadows and the highlights down a bit. Watch your crops, some a bit tight for me,

Rich

I would set the opening page to galleries instead of images. you have lots of airplanes shots on the first page if someone not a fan of airplanes like I would lost interest and not go further.

They're not in focus, not level don't have descriptions, and at least one is lacking a major keyword. Boeing. Also, I'd stay away from having identical names for images that can eventually cause problems with the website.

Of course I've spent a lot of time around airports and don't find photos of planes taxiing in the dark all that exciting to begin with.

thank for the feed back. I dont use tripod witch would make things better , if i dont have a fence in the way. i have made changes shadow and highlights over all i need to have better photo.

for the most part, they are too dark. hard to see exactly what i'm looking at.

Photography Prints
this one is in motion and its blurred, its noisy, and the crop is too tight - it won't print like this

Sell Art Online
this looks like a digital zoom, its not clear up close. and its hard to tell what i'm looking at. there is too much black on the bottom. you need a fast sharp lens to catch things at night, let alone things that move fast.

Sell Art Online
if you had the light that you do on the front on the whole thing - this would be better. but most of it is in shadow. the background is crooked. clarity wise - you shook the camera.

Photography Prints
this is all one color, and it leans a bit. all your images seem to have a degree of motion blur. make sure your pod is very steady, use a bulb release or a timer, use mirror lock up as well. even the background shows it shifted a bit.

mostly images are about lighting. night shots need light so we know what we are looking at. these planes should be in an area that its brighter so we can see it.

you'll have to figure out how to use, or make a tripod that will work for you. stand on your car if you have to (you shouldn't though). i'd start with stationary items and work your way up to shooting planes if your going to do the night route. night photos are hard because you do need a tripod, and you do need long exposure to get the images, but things that move will always blur. a fast lens will help as well. high iso may be your only route.

Anyone hassle you for being there at night taking photos? Seems like security would be all over you.

theses photos will look different on other people computers, their not that bad on my pc and laptop. their no flash and i dont think its aloud. i every far a way for the planes that makes difference as while and no tripod just VR on my lens and steady hand.

Edward Fielding 90m % of the time iam good, but their some part of the airport that you can drive into. that could be a problem. they just till you leave and kick you out i never herd of any one getting arrested

my screen is calibrated and high rez. if you can't see the motion blur or noise on your screen and if your seeing these brighter than they actually are, you should invest in a good screen.

today, people are being told they can't take pictures of planes in the the airport or in the plane. so do be careful.

you couldn't have used a flash anyway unless you could harness lightning. in any case you can make excuses all you want, but the hardships of the photographer doesn't matter that much. we can only judge the images. the images are dark, tight, noisy, blurry, etc. the challenge is, can you make them better next time you go out? that's why you asked what we thought about them.

there are often many hardships we go through - rain, bad lighting, bad location, you might be in pain, whatever. the end results are all that matter.

"feedback on my new gallery. bad or good "

See what you said there? Good or bad. Yet as soon as anything "bad" ie honest was said you got all defensive and claimed that the problems with the images were being caused by other peoples computers.

Do you even know who builds planes? They make good keywords. And people like to know what it is they're looking at. Description: None. Sales: None

Buyers donīt care why something wasnīt working for the photographer. They see the result, only.

If you have to explain why a shot looks like it does -- i.e. No tripod, there's a fence, everyone's computer is wrong -- that should tell you the shots need work.

This is a site where folks come to buy stuff for their walls. They don't care why a shot is dark or out of focus. They will move on and next time they see your work, they may remember all the faults of these and decide not to look at your new work.

The old cliche is true: you have one chance to make a first impression.

When you ask for feedback and five or six people pretty much tell you the same thing, I might tend to believe them.

The good thing - the airport and more planes will be there - opportunity awaits

I have nothing wrong about the feedback ether it good out bad. I have more than one computers and people the hired me, they can be difference how the photos is shown on your screen. Every computer monitor calibrate different. Were did i say I blame other people computers, their also applies to MAC to WINDOWS as while

Puzzles Shum

you only get better by trying.

Mike Savad

its mostly how you came back. telling us it looks fine on your screen means you blame our screens.

generally you get better by learning from mistakes and correcting them each time you try.

your screen is the most important. it should be calibrated so you can see everything we see. mac or windows shouldn't make a difference. the customers screen isn't as important, though it would be nice if they saw how we made it to be seen.

So, of those things that you CAN control, why will someone searching for an Airbus or Boeing not find those keywords in these images with their respective planes? Another very obvious keyword that you really should consider entering is the name of the city it's in (I assume Toronto) and the airport code for the airport it's at.

Is there a reason none of your images have any descriptions?

For example this is a great image, but it doesn't have a description. Why not? Art Prints
