Urgent Help!

I just realized that the print that was sold yesterday was not signed. I can do that right now with a plug in. Is it too late?

Take a look at the sales page and get the order number.

Contact customer support, put the order number in the subject. They can tell you if it is still possible.

And what if they don't want it signed? If they bought it as it was I would leave it. You just never know.

What does it matter if it is signed? Signatures get in the way of the composition anyway...let it go!

Forgot to thank Kenneth for his imput. I used to leave them unsigned which is why that one got by me but now I want to be sure people know who did it. They can't see the back of a painting where the signature is when it is a print.

What happened? I just checked the painting and now the signature is gone! I guess I need to contact support again.

Kendall, refresh your browser, empty your cache, and sign out and then in again. Hopefully you'll see the current signed version.

For some strange reason my painting, Blue Ridge Swirl still does not have the signature I added shortly after a sale. I have contacted Judy and she told me she is trying to find out from support why this happened.

I am very unhappy about this. A number of times I have been asked to improve a file when it sold and I did upload better files in every case but one. The painting was sold and I was unable to improve the file.

I have done my part and I would like FAA to do their part. I don't want a patron getting one of my prints without a signature.
