EDIT: Disregard the first question, I figured it out. It was simply customer options to view their orders and such.
I also found another thing I am wondering about-- I placed two items in the cart, while not logged into any account, then closed the browser and went to a different computer. When I placed an item in the cart, the other two items were still there. Again, I wasn't logged into anything on either computer, and they weren't the computers I normally use.
