Totes And Duvet Prices Not Sticking

Which pricing area are you using?

I have set all my "default" prices..... they are not showing up on my "new uploads"

I am having trouble as well. Many of my images have no tote bags and the ones that do have no pricing; and I went into default and bulk editing. I have used it before, so I am pretty sure I did correctly. Abby, I printed your instructions to read tonight.

Also, my images are 5184 X 3 something and yet, the pricing grid only shows 20X 16. it has all changed in the last couple of days....only reason I was aware of it, I went into all 340 of my images one at a time and made a list of how I can improve (blurry, too small, not centered, etc.) I also did not know that when you crop on certain software, it enlarges your image! Yikes, so now I am going back to redo all of those.

That is when I saw some unusual things happening, like the bags aren't priced on most and the sizes of prints continue to change.

I do love all the changes and I know that it takes a while to get all the glitches out.

Any thing I need to be doing right now?

This is SO Frustrating... my tote bags and duvets WILL NOT change their pricing no matter what I do..... EVEN, when it tells me the right pricing on the Default page.....

Default is for FUTURE uploads

Global price change does existing ones

You are uploading new with the default set?

I did do the bulk editing. (Global Pricing) Everything was fine until yesterday.
Yes, I always do default with new uploads.

Whew! Ok, Abbie, I did everything you said....

totes still do not show up on most
Prices do not show for them
24 X 16 still largest size showing....

so, maybe we just have to get through this adjustment time?

I Know, Abbie! But NOTHING works on anything to be able to change my prices for the totes and duvets! My future posts STILL DO NOT show my global prices... NOR does it work if I try to change on ALL my EXISTING images. It always worked before, so I know I am doing everything right!

Make sure that when you bulk edit you check the box that says all selections!

Diana, default setting is for future uploads only! Bulk or global is for existing images.

I am so happy to find this discussion! I set my tote bag prices in the Default area and then used Bulk Price change to set up Tote Bags to sell for all of my images. When you look at a 'summary' page for any of my images - the page that shows all of the products that are for sale for that image - it has the price on my Tote Bags as $0. However, when you click on the Tote Bag and bring up the detailed page for ordering one, the price is correct. I set up my Tote Bags many days ago, so the issue on mine is not just a wait for 24 hours to let the dust settle. I sent in a fix request on this this morning and have not yet received a reply.

I have tried everything, Jessica~ There is a big problem with this!

I still have discrepancies between "SHOP" page and profile page.. and my AW site. AW site on lists "prints" if you go to "totes" or "pillows". My totes are $36 and on the SHOP page they are $30. Others have the same problem and we have been posting on the other thread.. no one seems to be reading or answering the issue.

Very odd.... my prices for my Duvet Covers "HAVE" finally changed. BUT, my tote bags are still stuck on the old price.... Nothing budges!

Really, Sharon? That's great... Cause now I just uploaded a new photograph... with default settings in place which did "NOT TAKE"... And the duvet price went back to the old price... I give up!!!! Abbie, is there a Customer Service Rep who can help with this? Please?

Diana, when you upload a new image are the prices correct in the edit section before you hit submit?

I've just been back through my last 100 uploads, a very slow task, made even slower by the fact that almost half of them had at least one price missing, and at least five had every print price missing.
As before, each missing price is totally random. It might be one or more random print prices missing, one or more blank cushion or duvet size prices, tote price missing, etc.

Both my default prices and my bulk edit prices are showing correctly.

Getting really, really fed up with this.
There's really no way this is happening without going into every file individually. Sometimes you can see £0 showing on a product page, but if the 'trigger' size is priced, the correct price will show there even though others may be missing. Same with the default print price. The normal price may be showing correctly, but random larger prices may be missing.

If it hadn't been for the ability to go into files and change the layout of cushions and totes, I'd never have found this.

Diana, I just uploaded a new image and everything is working as it should be.

I'm trying to replicate your issue and I just cannot so so at present so it's hard to see why yours are doing as they are.

When we added pillows I never got the bulk upgrade to work when I tried to do all my images at once.

Finally I tried going one gallery at a time and that worked perfectly.

When the totes came out the other day, I did not even try to do all of them at once this time. I did one gallery at a time and it worked like a charm first time.

Diana, I am seeing your totes at $41 dollars. What should I be seeing?

Just as an extra voice in the crowd - I edited my default today before doing an upload and the tote bag prices did not show up, and then my licensing prices went blank, too. I'll come back and post if I have the same problem later this week with the next upload.

Please clarify me how much money you make by selling tote bag and duvet cover.

Earlier in the week Bulk Edit wasn't working for me and neither was individual image edits along with products not showing so I gave up until this evening.

This evening I tried to edit prices, add products and customize some and some things (prices and customizations) "stuck" and some did not.

Presently cell phone cases are showing up on my AW but not FAA.

Diana, I see that your smallest totes are $33. Is this what you want to show when someone clicks on one of your tote products? If so, there is no way to change that. In the site-wide search, the totes/products show up at the least expensive option. But once they click on the product, they revert to the most expensive. I guess it's a selling tactic.

DUH to me on the phone cases.

However, the Global Price Update is still not working for me today. I am only doing one page at a time to bulk edit. Some images are showing the new price and all products and some are still showing the old mark up and not showing duvet covers or totes, even on my AW.

The only price and product changes that are showing the changes anywhere are the few that I did individually.

Your prices seem fine. It's just defaulting to the 18" and not the 13". I see the prices you are saying you should have

I did NOT read everything above. All I know is that my prices are set in concrete, but on new uploads, the totes come out listing at something like $1.50.

Diana your price is correct. It lists the 18x18 price, the largest, not the smallest. You can't change that.

I can't get my tote bag prices above what it costs us and then only 5 out of over 2,000 images ?

I've been on the site for years and have priced many items but not with this much difficulty. those of you that have had success , may I ask how ?

I do in bulk and then you just remove them on any you don't want prices on

It is working perfectly. This is something on your end I'm afraid, sorry. We need to find out what you aren't doing or what your browser is.....

My markups for Totes: 15, 18, 20
My markups for Duvets: 33, 45, 58, 68
