Despite my use of muted hues, this image always strikes me as particularly happy:

This is my favorite image from our family vacation to Florence. Every time I look at it I wish we were all right back there. Wonderful to be with my dear ones in my favorite city in the world.

I think this one's a very happy image ... the birdie, named Sadie, was a very playful critter. Somewhere in here I have a shot of her reaching over to take a nip out of my husband's arm (she didn't get him). The day I took it was my birthday, and the whole day was lots of fun. Not only did I get some great snaps of Sadie and her best friend, but some darling bunnies who were at the shop, as well. Also, my husband treated me to a tour of some wonderful local covered bridges that I enjoyed snapping. It was a very happy day!!

*I took this photograph on a beautiful spring day while on my way to take my son to the park. I remembered being so happy that day!! :))
