Request For Advice Html For Link To Go Hot On Artist Webpage

My web Programming HTML is rusty. Any online HTML or ways to get Links to go hot--light up and be click-able for our profile side bars. Example I would like to take a web address and be able to have visitors click on it to take them wherever and I would like to be able to designate the colors of the link. I have tried a few online HTML generators but no luck.

Get the code from there and then put on notepad or similar

For changing link colour, in front of the TEXT (not the link, but the actual text) put

TEXT

so it will be

TEXT

Now, be aware that our owner changed some html rules recently so I am unsure if font colours are still allowed
