be sure to check your spam box, and if your using aol or comcast, they may have destroyed the mail before you got to see it.

You changed your name at some point (nelma-higgins to nelmagrace-higgins or visaversa), that tends to be problematic but Abbie will clean this up for you.

No, I didn't change it. I open a new account (which is this one ,without the Grace and a different email address) so I can get help here.

I couldn't log in (says account is closed) to both fineartamerica.com and on artistwebsites.com , that is why I am seeking help.
