its because its a landscape picture to start with. you have to rotate that when you edit the image. windows will rotate it automatically but its not permanent.
Our system uploads the image in the same rotation it was taken by the camera. Best thing to do is to rotate your picture and then do a Save as from the editor. Upload your Save as file to the site
I got a new camera this past January, and am replacing higher resolution images of my watercolor paintings. The issue I have, is that when I replace an old image with a new, high resolution image, I do keep all my comments/likes/favs/views, but the sizes of prints available does not change.
When you "edit image".... should'nt the image sizes change? Thank you for your help. I do not want to loose all my previous comments/likes/faves/etc...
