while there are programs that show an average charge, it will vary per client. you have to ask them what their budget is and i get a ball park that way.

Thanks guys after further research it depends on many factors from size of print to how many will be produced then of course your creative style and what you offer that others don't and all the licensing differences such as 1 time use and exclusivity factor into your overall cost or pricing of a job.
